[Solved] Suspended Crypt

Hello, since some hours ago I can't login to the user panel or either access to the server via FTP because both say that the login authentication failed. I used the server some days ago, I think then it can't has been suspended due to inactivity. Why is that? Thank you for such an awesome service!
