I'm not trying to overstep my bounds, but is there any way to accelerate the process. I am doing this for my friends business and he is starting to get impatient.

There isn't, especially since you are on Johnny, the more unstable and experimental server. Stevie tends to be quicker, and is the better choice if you don't need Java, Ruby on Rails, or ASP services. However, is being patient for a bit longer is hard, then paid hosting is the best choice.
