I've read in the Feature Description and in the Wiki that Rails 3.0.3 is supported but I can't get a simple 3.0.3 application running - whereas Rails 2.3.18 works immediately. Can you tell me which are the supported Rails versions?

Thanks,

This is what I saw in the Customer Feedback section of the forums (click View Suggestions then look at each page for "rails"):

"why heliohost. "At this time Rails 3.0 is not supported" ? I need rails 3.2.12 :("

We actually did support rails 3.0+ for a while, but no one could figure out how to use it. A few months ago the decision was made to downgrade back to 2.3.14 for better compatibility with cPanel. Now we host dozens of working RoR applications. What is better cutting edge software that no one can use, or an older version that works well for large number of people?

We will definitely be upgrading as soon as it's available, or we may upgrade sooner but it would require a great deal of custom code.
