Can you permit the avatar size to 100 x 100 pixels ? 64 x 64 is LOW

you guys really find the smallest thing to complain about.

 

its just slight ly scaled down, unless you have 3 pixel text which at this ratio would become 2 pixels and unreadable, everything should llok fine. it doesnt even seem blury.

no, really. 64x64 is too small, all other forums (including Krazy Letter) uses 100x100

most other ones, 64x64 saves alot of space, bandwith, and stops some forum errors.

what bandwidth? we are hotlinking from somewhere else! and anyways, i am hotlinking a 200x200 picture, so there's no bandwidth saved!

his site would still have to display it, which would use some bandwith, although not as much as hosting it.

no, all his site would display would be "<img="http://url/xyz.jpg"> the image is downloaded directly from the hotlink's server, eg photobucket

well first, if you dont mind my correction those are all html tags and with an image you dont need a closing tag.

Last I knew you had to have it say "img scr=" to tell it where the image was at, so "img=" wouldnt work without the "scr" part to tell the source of the image. I've never tried it without "src=" so I could be wrong.

yeah, not always need a close tag but im used to writing it salong with other tags.

 

i know that src is shor for source

meaning source file... in needs to know where the files is at, the img part just sets it up to display... i think, but it needs src, just like the a (anchor) tag href... which i know what it means, just forgot.
