Dear HelioHost, I change my domain and I have a big problem. I can't load my webpage to the end, I can't useing my WordPress panel (I don't know why it was on the old domain).

Changing your domain won't automatically update the domain of WordPress.

To update it:

  1. Login to cPanel.
  2. Go to Software/Services section, click Softaculous.
  3. Click the box icon in the upper right that says "All Installations".
  4. Click the "Edit Details" icon beside your installation of WordPress.
  5. Update "URL" field then click "Edit Installation Details" button.

If you manually used the old domain in your posts, you may have to manually edit them just like what byron suggested.

Edit: You could also do this in WP Panel > Settings > General.

But I did install Wordpress myself, not by Softaculous. I don't have any instalation in this settings. When I go to the Sofaculous I have an information that: "You do not have any installations".

So what should I do now?

How can I recover my webpage?

I don't know how to do :'(

If that's the case, you have to login to your cPanel, go to Databases section then click phpMyAdmin. Then follow the instructions here. You probably only need to follow the "Changing the URL directly in the database" section, since you're not changing your webhost, just the URL.

Edit: By the way, I recommend you create a backup first in case you do something wrong while following the instructions.
