Ice IT Support Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Your account is fine. The issue is that you set your domain's A record to Cody's IP address. Cody hosts HelioHost's main website and HelioNet, not any user accounts. Your account is on Stevie, and the IP to use is 216.218.192.170
