It keeps giving me this error: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.

Please note that your heliohost account name is J7110, not Josiah711.

Also, I took the liberty and reactivated your account. It seems to work fine now.
