[Solved] Can't Reset Cpannel Password

Trying to reset cPanel password. Reset password link only send me an email sometimes. Once I click the link to reset or paste in the reset code It just dumps me back to the enter the code again screen with no message.

 

Have cleared temp files, waited for several hours for emails to come through, added heliohost email to contacts, nothing works. :\

Try to login with your old password now. Your site had become inactive because you failed to login every 30 days.
