my account is always getting suspended , I really don't konw why

I swear that I didn't send any mail, I even don't have any email address linked to my account , each time my account get suspended for a different reason , this is so wired .

Then you should change your password, in case someone got ahold of it. Software that sends email notifications from your site (such as forums, some blogs, etc.) are often the culprit of surpassing the email limit.
