rubenic Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 My account has just been suspended with any reason. I just created the account and trying to upload my website...
Tjoene Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Your account was suspended for causing high MySQL load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the MySQL load you put on our servers as it slows down MySQL for not only your site, but MySQL for all of the other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. Also, please follow the guideline next time: 1) Create a new topic named "Suspended: hh_username", replacing hh_username with your HelioHost username2) In your post, include the following information:a. your HelioHost usernameb. the server your account is onc. your HelioHost main domain

Tjoene Posted September 5, 2013 Posted September 5, 2013 Try to split the database is smaller data files. And upload them over time, and not all at once. So you don't put to much load on the server.
