[Solved] Host Being Blocked

Hi, I've been trying to create my forum using phpBB but when it comes to creating the db tables it doesn't connect to the ip.

Here's what it shows up.

 

 

Will this be temporary ?

 

Never mind, I had to use 127.0.0.1 to connect.
