I want to change my server from Johnny to Stevie. I want to my data bases and files from disk on the new server.

 

My username is lukpta and my domain is lukaszptak.uni.me, my server was on Johnny and now I want to move to Stevie.

 

I really want to move from Johnny to stevie for stability.

Thanks for link It will be great if Johnny take me a few minutes to work to copy my files It's because of this I write here. I had hope to support transfer my account.

 

I couldn't transfer my account. When I try to delete my actual account I get a reply from HelioHost: "You did not enter the correct password. Please click the back button and try again". I'm certain that my password is correct.

Support, please transfer my account from Johnny to Steve because I can't do it.
