fimweb2
Using the suggested settings I am still unable to send emails from my Mac Mail client. The main issue appears to be related to the outgoing mail server (smtp) settings. I am also having issues sending emails to Mail.com addresses from the webmail. I always get a delivery failure to my personal email account. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

fimweb2
Thanks ICE IT, Fixing the outgoing port to 465 seem to have helped though I still can't send mail to some of my personal email addresses. I always get a delivery failure when trying to send to @email.com and mail.com addresses. Are these blocked? I can receive from them but not send to them. Ice IT Support
To the extent of my knowledge, HelioHost does not block mail from being sent to some domains. Please post the delivery error email that you receive.
