[Solved] Suspended: Provono

Hi Tech support,

 

I have tried all possible solution to reset my cpanel password but none worked :(/&--#62; . I still remember my password but the accound got suspended hence maybe the reason why I cannot reset my cpanel, email confirmation code is being sent to my email ID but password is not resetting. My account details below:

 

CPANEL: provono

DOMAIN: eveybodyloveseverybody.org

SERVER: Johnny

Can I ask my account to be re-activate? I cant activate it, nor change my password.
