Hello,

I am new subscriber and I have created my account before more than 3 days.

I cannot login to cPanel with chosen password at all even that initial screen appeared in URL “http://frames.heliohost.org”.

Message that appears in login cPanel screen is “Login is invalid”. That’s why yesterday I tried to reset my password.

However I don’t received email with new password up to this moment.

 

Please help me to login in cPanel.
