b. the server your account is on:stevie

c. your HelioHost main domain:dianlujitao.com

 

ATTENTION!

there is nothing wrong with my main domain.www.dianlujitao.com & dianlujitao.com are right

 

but my 3 subdomains:nocdn.dianlujitao.com&gq.dianlujitao.com&minigq.dianlujitao.com,when i logged in them,i was directed to page

i cleared my browser cache many times and i even used a online proxy,and i was always directed to the queued page.....i need help

Please wait at least 24-48 hours from domain creation for the queued page to go away. The queue process applies to all domains (main domain, subdomains, addon domains, and parked domains), and not just at initial account setup.

but i've waited for more than 24 hours,and my main domain has no problem...

The process sometimes can take a bit longer due to high server load. Give it another day or so. If the problem persists, an admin will look into the case.
