Dear Sirs / Madams:

My account (ofelsefe) suspended. Since I have forgotten my password, I used password reset function of the login page. But, I cannot use the code for accessing my account. The message is as follows:

Password Reset

 

Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department.

 

Could you help me to overcome this problem?
