I tried using the link provided in the email to re-activate the account but I got the following error message:"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. There could have been a problem due to high load on the server.Sometimes it can happen that the automated script unsuspend your account, but it isn't changed in the database.
