[Answered] Frequently 503 Error

Hi, I think that starting this month the 503 error occur more frequently. Sometimes 500 error. Usually the first time load the page, all ok but after reload all static contents are not loaded due to 503 error. I have few questions:

 

1. Is there any way to solve this error?

2. What cause the error?

3. If I use CDN / other sub-domain to store the static contents, will it solve the problem?
