Hello,

 

When I try to reactivate the account I have this message:

We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.

 

 

 

My data are

 

a. HelioHost username: lauxmann

b. server your account: stevie

c. HelioHost main: lauxmann.heliohost.com

 

Do you know what is happening?
