I have been registered but HOW to go to a page to make my website? I just know how to enter the forum, I dunno how to go to the place where I put things to my webpage... I guess that it's a CPanel, isn't it?

After you get 250 points (25 posts) you can go to the IBStore and buy a hosting item:

After that, just fill out the info and you're set.

Remember to make sure the start page of your website is named index.php/index.htm/index.html. Use the filemanager feature in Cpanel to upload, once you've created your hosting account.
