How To Install Flask (And Other)

Hello!

First of all, I'm really, really new at this, so please forgive any misconceptions of mine.

 

I want to use Python to handle requests on the site I'll be building, and after some research I've found Flask to be a good choice to help me. I can't use Django because the only PC I have acess to won't allow me to install new programs and it also seems to be a bit advanced for a beginner.

 

So, I just want to know if I'm able to install Flask and get it running. By what I've read, this can only be done from the SSH console, which I guess I don't have access to. In this case, may I request the admins to install it for me?
