My site still says suspended.The second time, I get this message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." Yes, I've cleared my cache. http://zauriel2.heliohost.org/ still redirects to http://zauriel2.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi on even fresh browsers that have never visited the site before. I cannot log into cPanel as the site says my password is incorrect. FTP always worked, though.Attempting to reset my password sends a code to my e-mail. When I paste the activation code into the reset page, again, nothing happens. My account doesn't unlock, and no subsequent e-mails are sent to me.
Ice IT Support Posted May 27, 2013 Posted May 27, 2013 Your site is loading fine for me, and the database looks correct. It is possible your ISP has caching enabled, so it's something in between you and our server. Let us know if you still have issues. By the way, your account is on Johnny.
