[Solved] Cant Log In To Cpanel Reset Password Not Working

I have an acount on Johnny (acount name: afar) and i forgot my password to log in to my cPanel so i did the reset password thing and got an e-mail followed the steps and rested my pasword. the thing is its still not logging me in with the new password, i have reseted the pass word many times now.......help
