[Solved] Timeout When Trying To Acces Cpanel Login.

Hello,

Since a couple of days I'm having problems accessing cpanel.

My browser always returns a timeout error, both when logging in from te login form on the home page and when doing http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082.

 

What could be the problem?

My login: bebo

My domain: bertb.tk

I don't recall Stevie being down over the last two days so it's probably a firewall issue. Check your machine's settings and punch a hole in port 2082, or check your router and do the same, if neither of those work then it's your ISP.

 

The easiest fix is to just login through http://cpanel.bertb.tk/ which runs on port 80.

Ok the port 80 alternative works fine here.

And after looking in my firewall setting of my router, I noticed a misconfiguration.

 

So everything is working fine again.
