[Solved] Suspended: Eulino

Hello,

 

a. username: eulino

b. server: Johnny

c. eulino.tk

 

I followed the instructions that I received by e-mail.

 

I filled the form http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew with my username, but my account was not reactivated.

 

So I tried to reset my password, but with no sucess.

 

I need help to reactivet my account and reset my password.

Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache.

 

High load tends to break scripts, the script executes enough to mark an account as active but doesn't finish the job, in some cases it unsuspends an account and keeps databases in a half-suspended state. Sorry for the inconvenience.
