Troubles With Cpanel Login

The Cpanel keeps asking for username&passwords when i'm trying to login.

 

I even tried to reset the password to see if it was caused by wrong passwords or typo, while the problem still unsolved.

 

Could anybody give me a suggestion?

Please post the following information:

 

a. your HelioHost username

b. the server your account is on

c. your HelioHost main domain

 

This seems to be another cPHulk (brute-force protection) lockout, though.
