Is it possible to restore a Postgresql database using phpPgAdmin (the one which is to be used on heliohost) ?

If not, is there any other way to do dump/restore PG database ?

phpPgAdmin allows exporting databases, I haven't used it at all, but a quick look at Google pops back tons of tutorials.
