In Firefox, going to http://bcscentral.heliohost.org or http://bcscentral.heliohost.org/ always brings up the page mentioned above, but http://bcscentral.heliohost.org/index.html does reach the home page.Clearing the cache or restarting the browser did not change this behavior.
