Johnny Serverc. gv1.heliohost.org Can you help?The account was suspended because was not used, but i've reactivated and still receive the Suspended information. Already cleaned cache and flushed dns. Althought if i try to renew, following the email link, i get this message:We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Shinryuu Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 gv1.heliohost.org is working for me, if you've flushed your dns and cleared your cache try using a different machine or browser, if you still see the account suspended page then it means your ISP is probably caching it.
