I was logged into cPanel for less than 3 minutes, and it said my account was brute-force attacked.

Sending too many emails. Second suspension. Sent another 308 emails in the 9 hours since unsuspension.

 

If you're not the one sending the emails you need to look into what is. As the account owner you are responsible for everything your account does.
