I want my site can be reached by typing another domain name other than its original domain name. I guess that is made by "parked domain" function. In my account I couldn't success to do so. Can you help me about that? cPanel user: afetacilServer: StevieHeliohost domain: antalyaafetacil.gov.trSecond domain by which is wanted to reach to original domain: antalya.afad.gov.tr If you want, I can post error message for "Parked domain" screen. Ice IT Support Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 There are no NS records set for antalya.afad.gov.tr. NS records are necessary for your domain to resolve properly. Am I right about that NS records must be changed on the DNS server of 'antalya.afad.gov.tr' as 'ns1.heliohost.org' and 'ns2.heliohost.org'? Because I tried followings many times on my cpanel; parking domain, dns zone editing. These screens don't allow me to add that second domain to my host. Thanks again.
