Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

 

- I cannot use the my css file because of the above error. How can I fix this?

That error basically means that somewhere in the directory structure you've set an htaccess directive that denies requests to view those folders. Or your directory's permissions aren't properly set.
