izeln Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Cpanel username: izelnServer: stevie.heliohost.org However my ftp server is johnny, i think because I had registered this account previously for johnny but then It has been disabled because I wasn't able to login from heliohost.org due to restricted address in my network, so after one month I wasn't able to use my heliohost account. I renewed it few months ago and decided to use stevie this time. My account got activated and Im able to use the cpanel but I cannot login to the ftp server even when I change it from the cpanel. Shinryuu Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 For FTP the server you use in a client is the domain name of your site and user accounts that you create take the form of an email address: user@yoursite.com; whether you're on Johnny or Stevie is irrelevant and you can't change which server is hosting your site through cPanel.
