[Answered] Oops! Google Chrome Could Not Find Johnny.heliohost.org:2082

I tried to login cpanel from heliohost.org/home where johnny had as green tick next to it as all the other servers.

Pinging 64.62.211.131 from terminal was answered immediately.

Another browser responded to next login try with`

Unable to load page

 

Problem occurred while loading the URL http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/login/

Cannot resolve hostname

And so for about 2,5 hours.

May I ask what's the matter?

Please refer to this link. They are having dns issues so you need to use the link provided in the post directly. However, during this time it seems Johnny is down as well.
