could you please help me? I try to figur out why my account is suspended?

 

- I just logged in to cpanel last monday (7 days ago) - (as I do most mondays)

- and I only run a standard installation of "prestashop" without any additional modules.

(Prestashop is one of the softwares you offer as a self-installing script).

- I did not have traffic due to the shop is not live yet.

 

If there is any problem with a standard installation, may i kindly ask you to unsuspend my account for I can copy the data?

You help would be very appreciated.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

 

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
