I now, it's the second time, but I not idea what could be loading the server heavy, since there is almost nothing on my account. I deleted almost everything after the last time, to see why it happened.

Make sure all scripted connections that are opened from your site to an outside resource are properly closed when not in use, that scripts don't contain infinite loops and other such things. Most likely a high load is caused by poorly written scripts that continually drain server resources little by little over time or that start up a large amount of processes while in an infinite loop.

As far as I'm aware, there are no scripts running. But I wouldn't know how to check it now either.
