And another thing I noticed when I first joined Heliohost in the TOS I believe it stated that hosting malware gets you permbanned but now I noticed that the people are being given a second chance not trying to be a jerk or anything but when did the TOS change?

There are a lot more accounts caught for malware, thanks to Krydos. He increased the malware protection on our servers which allows for accounts to get caught before we get a warning from HE (the datacenter).

 

Based on wiki history, the terms have always been that way.

I made a backup of my site and scanned it with my system's antivirus MSE and it shows it up as clean so thats good.

Keep in mind that just because there's a malware infection doesn't necessarily mean the account owner knowingly posted it or that there really is an infection at all as false positives do happen, so a day to fix it without repercussions seems fair to me as long as the account owner tries to fix it.
