[Solved] Suspended: Mail2Ftp

c. your HelioHost main domain: mail2ftp.org.ua

 

No notice. I don't know why it's suspended (perhaps on about September 17).

If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.

The first thing I did was to try to reactivate. Now I tried again and got "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." again. Then I again cleared browser cache, went to http://mail2ftp.org.ua and again saw "HelioHost Account Suspended". Then I again tried to log in to cPanel and again got "Login Attempt Failed".

 

My account should not be suspended for inactivity because I successfully logged in to cPanel on September 15 (I do it on 15 and 30 of every month).

Try to clear your cache if you still see the suspension page.
