[Answered] Site Queued, Domain Name Trouble

This is my original correspondence from the past few days. However, this information did not change anything. I changed the parked domain, but when I tried changing the addon it said it was already configured for that domain name. It's been over 24 hours since any changes have been made and now I don't know what to do.

Hi,

I have a domain name (clchazleton.org) registered through webs.com and I can't get it to link to my site hosted through hh (currently located at clchazleton.org/heliohost). I spoke with webs.com staff and I was told it should be working from their end, since he added the IP address for the hh site. However, the account has been queued for 36+ hours so far which seems like too long. is there anything else that needs to be done from the hh side of things in order to make this work? I can't figure out if this is a user error or a glitch in the server.

Newly added domains show queued for up to 24 hours after being added through cPanel.

Your main domain is currently set to clchazleton.org. There is no need to add a parked or addon domain. If you are still having problems viewing your site, try clearing your cache.
