Sandbox Error

Domain: matryem.com, server stevie. Can anyone please help with this problem. Using a flash file on web page that is supposed to upload images from a users pc to a folder on the server, I get following error message "onSecurityError: native.jpg errorString: securitySandboxError".

Could you also include the .swf file please?

Cannot attach the swf, or swi as error message says I can't attach files of this type. I should add that my flash is created with Swishmax 4 and not Flash MX, but the Adobe settings and restrictions for publishing should be the same.
