Hi heliohost.I really need support.

 

Now i have a forum hosted on cpanel like here,but is paid.I decided to stop because of downtime is so big.

 

 

Anyone can help me like newbie how to move my forum with cpanel here where is the same cpanel?I"ve tried to looks some tutorials but i dont understand nothing.

You can use the sign-in form at the bottom of http://heliohost.org/home/ to access your cPanel.

 

Moving your forum is as easy as uploading through FTP and making database backups and uploads through phpMyAdmin.

I dont know how.I download the old host files,i uploaded my forum files to another ghost.Now what i have to do?Please explain kile for newbie.
