co.cc setup is asking for "Zone Records", and the criteria asked for are:

 

HOST:________________________

TTL: (Drop down menu with options: 7D, 4D, 3D, 2D, 1D, 12H, 8H, 6H, 4H, 3H, 2H OR 1H)

TYPE: (Drop down menu with options: A, MX, NS, CNAME, OR TXT)

and

VALUE:_______________________

 

I have no idea what any of these are, so if somebody could help me determine what I need to put in this form, it would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this has been answered already, please link the answer if this is the case.
