[Solved] Can't Login & Password Reset Not Working! Urgent!

I couldn't access my account on johnny.. i couldn't login to cpanel . or thru' FTP too.. MY user name is : jeecare . I have tried password reset . but the activation code which came in the email having no reaction. Nothing comes. Its urgent for me.. i din't have backup also..

Hi .. i clicked the link , made the site renewed . But still jeecare.com shows account suspended page. and also i couldn't log on to my cpanel using my password. Reset password din't work . Confirmation code email not coming instantly. and i need to login to my cpanel soon as possible. PLEASE HELP/..
