JavadRah Posted August 22, 2012 Share Posted August 22, 2012 hii can`t believe this, but yesterday when i was opened my website(based on WP), i see a messeage: unable to connect to Database...when i go to my cPanel it show me there is no data in database and no user was added to database!!!!it mean all of my data is lose!!!!excuse me for my bad english... Ice IT Support Posted August 23, 2012 Share Posted August 23, 2012 cPanel shows that all databases are empty even when they have data. This is normal, although the reason is unknown. To check if your data is still there, open phpMyAdmin. I don't know what happened to your users, but go ahead and re-add them to the databases. As long as the data in the database is preserved, adding the user should be no problem. I would recommend making regular backups of your data since it is not HelioHost's responsibility to keep backups for users. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
