how do i allow port 2078 (SSL) or 2077 (non-SSL) on my computer firewall, i m using a windows 7

Are you using SSL or non-SSL? To use SSL, you must have SSL enabled on your account, since it accesses the webdisk through HTTPS.

im using ssl, and i have it enabled on my account but when i double click the file that i downloaded so i can setup the web disk on my computer it says "there was a problem conecting to the webdisk service. Please make sure ports 2078 (SSL) and 2077are not firewalled"

You can use this tool to see if the ports are open on your firewall: http://www.yougetsig...ols/open-ports/

Just change the port to 2078 and 2077.

 

If they are blocked, then they could be blocked on your router's firewall.
