hi

my site was put on hold because of the one month rule (i was using an ftp client rather than cPanel doh!)

anyway i restarted and was getting a 500

i tried ftping files and nothing happened, i tried usingthe cPanel manual upload which says they're there but i'm still getting 500 page.

i'm guessing it's pointing at the wrong place but i don't know how to fix that

help would be much appreciated

website: marchulson.com

thanks rigby

no i didn't know about that page to renew. i just started a new account.

trying it now i get

<i>We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive.

Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.</i>

i deleted the file you mentioned.. no change.

That message usually means your previous account was deleted. Users are not allowed to have more than one account on the same server, so the second one you created most likely has some sort of lock on it. An administrator should be able to sort this out.

Make sure you've deleted the root .htaccess file and if you have an index file (index.php or index.html) try renaming it and see what happens.
