[Solved] Suspended: Efrem

Hello,

some days ago I tryed to enter my blog: efrem.heliohost.org but seems to be suspended.

Of course is my fault, I don't enter cpanel so much.

I tryed to renew but it seems that the system cannot find my account.

I tryed also to get another account but I received this email:

Sorry, a DNS entry for efrem.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first.

So I tryed to delete it but I couldnt (same error of renew).

Also for enter this forum I had to get a new account.

Maybe I forgot my account username or maybe the system cancelled my account, I don't know.

 

What I have to do to get efrem.heliohost.org again?
