Hi there, I recently create some email account for my friends like this :

 

 

 

After that, I sent him this URL to login : http://johnny.helioh...8;domain=cntn03.com

 

but unsuccessful , given username(email) and password were correct. NO ONE CAN ACCESS BUT only ME .

I don't know why .

This is a custom domain, cntn03.com.

 

Do I need to configure anything more? And is there shorter URL for login into mailbox. I tried this one : http://johnny.heliohost.org:2095, but couldn't access to my account, I guess it's about permissions on hosting .

When accessing cntn03.com I got the account queued message. Have you tried using http://mail.cntn03.com? It should have already been created by cPanel

Thank you supporter and Admin, I just parked cntn03.com, I'm not really using it. I use it for mailbox that's all .

 

Admin Krydos 's answer solved my problem. (He PM me)

 

I should've use http://cntn03.com:2095/ to access mailbox
