There was a link to follow http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew on the suspended page for you to reactivate your account. I went ahead and reactivated your account for you. Be sure to login to your cpanel at least once every 30 days to keep this from happening.

Byron Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 Never rely on the failure to login emails to let you know. Sometimes the system is overloaded and maybe the email doesn't make it out. Set you up a reminder. And besides, we don't backup anybody's data, so once it's deleted it's gone forever.
